Princess Place Preserve - Rules and Regulations

The preserve is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Primitive camping only. Campers must have a permit. Click here for more information on camping.

Pets must be kept on a leash with a maximum six feet in length. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

Drive on designated roads only. Do not drive on grass.

Park in designated areas only. Do not park on grass. Restroom parking area is for restroom use only. Parking permitted at the livery stable for unloading and loading picnic supplies only.

Obey traffic flow signs.

No unregistered vehicles permitted (ATVs, dirt bikes, etc.)

No hunting and no firearms, air rifles, BB guns, bows or crossbows permitted.

No bicycles, roller blades, or skatebaords allowed on or near the buildings.

Launching and operating personal watercraft (jet skis) and air boats from Princess Place Preserve is prohibited.

No unauthorized removal of animals, plants or artifacts.

No swimming in the lodge pool.

Equestrian riders must have current Coggins papers in their possession.

Florida fishing laws and regulations apply.

The speed limit in the preserve is 15 mph.
